2nd is Mark Reed driving a Peugeot 106 Rally, Mark also took
the newcomers award, 3rd overall is Andrew Steel.

Cowton is the new 2009 Northern Hill Climb and Sprint Champion,
the 2008 Champion Mark Coletti is 2nd with John Johnson in
3rd. James Dewart is the winner of the newcomers award with
Neil and Thomas Paylor taking the Sidecar Championship.
